In the context of increasing need for electricity, the need for bumper crops of low water consuming plants for conserving water, alternative crops for farmers, source of income for local people, efficient use of heat, wise use of local natural resources-considering all these issues together and to demonstrate the possibility of Energy revolution, Water revolution and Agriculture revolution, Prafull have placed before people a new concept of utilizing Prosopis Juliflora (Vedi Babhul) for the generation of electricity by using a new alternative in the actual practice.

Prafull has setup several projects in Solapur, Sangli, Satara, Pune, Parbhani and other Maharashtra region. Some projects have completed 5 years of successful operation, without taking any help from the Government. These projects have become an ideal example of "Energy autonomy", not only in the state but also in the country. After the matter was being followed up by Prafull Kadam, Govt. of Maharashtra has taken some important decision in favour of the concept of power generation from Prosopis Juliflora. It is a novel and revolutionary step in energy, water and agricultural  revolution. Several people, industrialists, farmers, scientist and journalists took cognizance of these project.
